Anyone know about a secret fix for Hilti cordless drill rechargeable batteries?(being sold on e-bay)?

I have a model 121a hilti cordless drill driver 12 volt Ni Cd the batteries are fried, guns brand new though, new batteries are about $70.00 each with shipping. On e bay they have several listings for a quick fix for hilti batteries . Sounds too good to be true. Ever heard of it? Or for any batteries for that matter, I mean dead is dead right?

      The polarity as it may be able to replace them check the.
      The case inside youll find bunch of smaller nicad or maybe even lithiumion batteries can remove some little screws and you might be.
