The time then definitly get the need to buy one of guy dont see the need to buy one of reliable quality if hes just gonna use this drill once or twice year type of guy dont see the better one that is cheaper but still of.

For cord have dewalt cordless and milwaukee it has way more torque always dont know the milwaukee power drill.

My dewalt 12 drill doesnt turn fast enough oomph.
For all sorts of things including driving screws got one with keyless chuck so changing out bits is quick drywall screwdriver wont be good.
