Witch is better: Power screwdriver, or Power drill, or Manual screwdriver?

I am building a square foot garden box and we haven’t finished putting it together. Should I use a power screwdriver (which is what we probably will use) a power drill (the one we tried didn’t work so well) , or a manual screwdriver (it hurt my hands, and we got a blister or two) ? Probably I’m thinking a power screwdriver.
