How can I receive the lock pin, power drill and extention that was missing from my order placed on 3/31/08?

Impossible to contact customer service. We placed the order on 3/31/08 paid $19.95 plus $8.95 shipping. We received the order on 4/11/08 however only received an auger and a weed aug. Missing is the power drill, lock pim and the power extender.
