Can someone recommend a drill for me?

Someone I know wants a power drill that 1) has a cord and 2) can also function as a screwdriver with adjustable heads. Does anyone know of a drill that matches with what the person wants? I have absolutely no knowledge of tools so I don’t know what brand and model to buy.
