I’m installing blinds and I need Power drill/drill bits & Phillips driver bit to install drywall screw cheap?

I am trying to resolve this situation most INEXPENSIVELY; for I will not have a need in the near future to install window blinds, based on the fact that I have never had a need to do this in the past?! Help?!!! Egadz! I need to find the best & most inexpensive place to go to resolve this matter for my own physical privacy! Thanks! :)
