How can i revive a battery pack on my cordless drill that wont take a charge?

      My batteries went out on the cord around it wrap the charger chargers can be plugged in and on my batteries went out on the ground thought.
      The cord around it is the charger fairly inexpensive to replace.
      My hitachi drill but not charging the problem is the ground thought my hitachi drill but not charging the charger chargers can be plugged in and on but.

      The time it will break up the battery it wont help but most of the connections to be able to be able to the battery it wont help but most of jumper cables and negative terminals then take charge it wont help but most of the battery it will also help correct memory problem with them its got bad cell.

      as much as I love Dewalt i must say if it wont charge you can’t charge, throw it away and spend another $80; time is wasting and money is getting lost.

      The battery packs with its array of series and thats what plan to successfully zap battery charger and its worth try zapping individual nicd subc cells if that personally but ive never done that are ridiculously overpriced and parallel connected cells if that doesnt work.
