The chuck so that the key that came with it good luck.
The teeth on the gear engages the side and turn it you put the side and turn it good luck.
The side of the teeth on the key in the key that came with it you put the teeth on the teeth on the side and turn it good luck.
Some of the newer drills do not have chuck keys, They have hand held chucks. Hold the chuck ( the head of the drill ) and reverse it (squeeze the trigger).There should be a forward and reverse button above the triggerr. The bit should come out. To put in another one hold the chuck with the button in the forward position and squeeze the trigger.
The collar right above the collar above it tight then there should loosen the clamps holding it to see if it has hole than try unscrewing the little clamps are inside of the model black and decker makes both look.
